The App offers optional in-app purchases for cosmetic items and tips. All purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by the applicable store's refund policy. Prices are displayed before purchase confirmation.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us. You may purchase an ad-free experience through the App.
Share cards generated by the App may be shared by you on social media or messaging platforms. By sharing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use shared content for promotional purposes. You retain ownership of any content you create.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Extended use may cause finger fatigue, muscle strain, or discomfort. Take breaks as needed. If you experience pain or discomfort, stop using the App immediately. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
If you are sensitive to flashing lights or visual effects, please exercise caution as some game themes include animated visual elements.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical discomfort, data loss, or purchase-related issues.
All content in the App — including text, graphics, sounds, code, and game mechanics — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The names, logos, and all related marks are our property.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App or restrict access at any time without notice. In-app purchases are tied to your platform account and subject to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
